Da wir beruflich bedingt kurzfristig umziehen, müssen wir schweren Herzens unsere schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Bonner Altstadt aufgeben. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 60m² aufgeteilt auf ein kleines (ca. 11m²) und ein großes (ca. 20m²)Zimmer. Dazu kommt noch eine geräumige Küche, ein kleines aber feines Badezimmer, sowie eine Abstellkammer. Aufgrund des einen kleinen Zimmers ist die Wohnung nur bedingt WG-geeignet.
Der Mietpreis umfasst alle Nebenkosten (Gas/Strom) Die Wohnung hat einen Internet/Telefonanschluss bei Unity Media der übernommen werden müsste(DSL-Flat 25€/Monat)
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 01.03. frei.
