Die Wohnung hat ein sehr schön geschnittenes Wohnzimmer mit großem Fenster zum Wintergarten hin. Der Wintergarten ist ca. 1,50 x 3,50 m und hat an drei Seiten Fenster (man könnte ihn auch einen verglasten Balkon nennen :-)).
Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss in einer nicht so viel befahrenen Strasse in der Nähe vom Beuler Zentrum/Johanneskirche). Fußboden ist aus Holz, bzw. Fliessen in Küche und Bad. 2 Waschmaschinen auf dem Wäschedachboden gehören zum Haus. Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann dazugemietet werden. Ein ca. 1,5qm großer Abstellraum gehört dazu und ein ca. 3 qm großes Dachbodenabteil. Mieter im Haus sind zwischen 25 und 55 und völlig unproblematisch.
Wohnung wird renoviert übergeben.
