Die Rheinpromenade und der Konrad-Adenauer-Platz sind sehr nah.
Die Wohnung ist im 2. OG des Hauses und möbliert. Bis auf ein Bett ist alles schon vorhanden.
Es gibt ein schönes Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und eine helle Küche mit Esstisch.
Das Badezimmer hat einen schönen Ausblick in den Garten.
Direkt um die Ecke befinden sich Haltestellen für die Busse 606 und 607.
Etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich der Konrad-Adenauer-Platz mit sehr guter ÖPNV-Anbindung.
Dort Fahren z.B. die Linien 66 und 62.
In etwa 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Rheinpromenade Beuel-Mitte.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls am Konrad-Adenauer-Platz (Aldi, Rewe und Co.).
Die Wohnung ist mit einer Gasheizung und einem Thermostat ausgestattet.
Es gibt eine Garage für Fahrräder. Außerdem sind in der Straße üblicherweise Parkplätze frei.
