Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und liegt zwischen der Altstadt und dem Rhein. Trotzdem ist die Gegend sehr ruhig.
Aldi, Netto und REWE sowie orientalische und asiatische Supermärkte und Restaurants sind hier in nächster Nähe.
Hier leben Studierende, Pärchen mit und andere ohne Kinder sowie SeniorInnen friedlich nebeneinander.
In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Wanne und eine Wohnküche mit Beamer ;). Am Balkon im Erdgeschoss ist ein kleiner Garten.
