Wir vermieten unsere schöne, gemütliche Wohnung für 6 Monate unter. Die Wohnung ist 49 qm groß. Sie verfügt über zwei Zimmer sowie ein Bad und eine große Küche und befindet sich im 1. Stockwerk in einem 3-geschössigen Reihenhaus.

Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert. Die gesamte Ausstattung kann genutzt werden, so dass nichts neu angeschafft werden muss. In der Küche sind viele Kochutensilien und ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großes, ausziehbares Schlafsofa und zwei Schreibtische. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett und einem großen Kleiderschrank ausgestattet und zum Garten hin ausgerichtet. Eine neue Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. Internet ist selbstverständlich auch vorhanden.

Momentan ist die Wohnung in ein Wohn- und Schlafzimmer aufgeteilt. Bei Bedarf kann sie dank der Anordnung der Räume und dem Schlafsofa auch gut als WG genutzt werden.

We sublet our beautiful, cozy flat for 6 months. The flat is 49 sqm. It has two rooms as well as a bathroom and a large kitchen and is located on the 1st floor in a 3-storey terraced house.

The flat is fully furnished. All the furnishings can be used, so that nothing new has to be purchased. In the kitchen are many cooking utensils and a dishwasher. In the living room is a large pull-out sofa bed and two desks. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe and faces the garden. A new washing machine is placed in the basement. Internet is of course also available.

At the moment, the flat is divided into a living room and bedroom. If required, it can also be used well as a shared flat thanks to the arrangement of the rooms and the sofa bed.
