Eines der Zimmer ist ein Durchgang, sodass sich die Wohnung nicht für eine Wohngemeinschaft eignet.
Die Wohnlage ist sehr ruhig, Auszubildende und Studenten/Studentinnen mit Elternbürgschaft sind bevorzugte Mieter für diese Wohnung.
Die Wohunug liegt in Bonn-Dransdorf zwischen den beiden Bahnlinien Linie 18, 3min zu Fuß, und Linie 16/63, 5min zu Fuß. Beide brauchen ca. 5min bis Bonn Hbf (Uni Hauptgebäude). Zum Campus Poppelsdorf fährt ebenfalls direkt ein Bus (ca. 15min). Ansonsten benötigt man mit dem Fahrrad 10min bis in die Innenstadt oder nach Poppelsdorf.
Auch die Alanus Hochschule in Alfter ist sehr gut erreichbar, da die Bahnlinien in die andere Richtung über Alfter, Bornheim und Brühl bis nach Köln verkehren.
Nachts ist ebenfalls eine gute Heimfahrt durch die Linien N1 und N9 garantiert.
Die Supermärkte Aldi, Edeka und Rossmann sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
