Gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Endenich

Wohnung
Leider müssen wir unsere gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung verlassen und suchen nun Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem gut angebunden: In einer Minute ist man an der nächsten Bushaltestelle, von der man in ca. 7 Minuten am Hbf ist.

Die Wohnung hat neben den zwei hellen Zimmern außerdem einen Balkon, welcher ins Grüne rausgeht; Bad mit Badewanne sowie eine Küche, in die auch ein Esstisch mit Stühlen passt. Im Flur gibt es außerdem geräumige Einbauschränke, in denen super viel Platz ist. Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Kellerabteil und ein Fahrradkeller sowie Hinterhof kann ebenfalls genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung eignet sich eher für Einzelpersonen oder Paare, aber auch WGs sind möglich.

Lage
Die Lage ist super! Die Wohnung liegt etwa 2 km entfernt von der Innenstadt. Zu Fuß erreicht man sie in ca. 20 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad in weniger als 10. Es fährt alle 10 Minuten vor der Haustür ein Bus (604 und 605) in die Innenstadt, der ca. 7 Minuten brauch.
Fußläufig ist in 7 Minuten ein Netto und Denns erreichbar, zu Aldi sind es 10. Der Poppelsdorfer Platz mit Apotheke, Edeka und weiteren Geschäften ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

60 € Balkonmöbel (2 Stühle und ein Tisch)

20 € Küchentisch mit Stuhl

Unfortunately, we have to leave our cosy 2-room flat. The flat is located in Endenich in a quiet byroad.

The smaller of the two bright rooms has a generous balcony attached with a garden view. The bigger of the two rooms has a large window and was used as a living room by us. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and space for a washing machine (which we are also selling). The kitchen has space for a table with 2 chairs, and contains the normal kitchen cupboard, sink, stove, and oven.

To the flat belongs a storage compartment in the basement aswell a room for bikes or an alternative placement-option for the washing machine. The flat is suited for single people, couples or a 2-person shared flat.

The flat is well connected; it's a 1 minute walk to the next bus stop, where you can take the bus to the main station every 10minutes (7 min travel time). The closes shops which are within 10 minutes are Netto, Denns, Aldi. At the nearby Poppelsdorfer Platz (10 minutes in the other direction) there are the usual small-town shops like a pharmacy, doctor, bars and restaurants, or an Edeka.
