Zu vermieten ist ein Zimmer in einer 2er-WG in einer schönen, ruhigen 70qm-Drei-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung (3 Zi, Kü, Diele, Bad) mit einem Balkon und einer Terrasse.
Das eine Zimmer ist bereits an eine sympathische 25jährige DHL-Mitarbeiterin aus China vermietet ist.Deshalb wäre eine englischsprache WG ideal.
Die helle, ruhige Wohnung (Kork,Fliesen,Laminat) ist optimal geschnitten, hat ein renoviertes Bad, allerdings eine relativ kleine Küche. Sie hat zwei "Freisitze", eine große Terrasse vorne (nicht ganz leise) und ein ruhigen Balkon hinten. Die Küchenzeile (ohne Spülmaschine!) bleibt drin, eventuell der Kleiderschrank und ist zu übernehmen.
