Während meines Auslandsaufenthaltes steht meine schöne und sehr geräumige 2-Zimmerwohnung zur Zwischenmiete bereit. Da die Küche recht groß ist, haben hier ebenfalls ein Essbereich sowie der Schreibtisch Platz, wodurch im Prinzip sogar drei Wohnräume zur Verfügung stehen. Zudem ist die Wohnung zur Hinterseite des Hauses gelegen, wodurch sie sehr ruhig ist.
Ich werde meine Wohnung komplett möbliert überlassen, was ein Doppelkammer-Wasserbett (180 x 220 cm), einen großzügigen Kleiderschrank, ein Schlafsofa, Esstisch, Schreibtisch, diverse Schränke, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Stereoanlage und auch die komplette Küche mit sämtliche Küchenutensilien und Mikrowelle einschließt.

During my stay abroad, my beautiful and spacious 2-bedroom apartment is available for sublease. Since the kitchen is quite large (it also provides a dining area and desk space), there are basically even three living rooms available. Besides, the apartment is at the back and consequently totally quiet.
I'll leave my apartment fully furnished including a dual-chamber water bed (180 x 220 cm), a spacious wardrobe, a sofa bed, dining table, desk, cupboards, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, stereo and the entire kitchen with all kitchen utensils and a microwave.
Das Rheinufer ist in 5 Minuten Fußweg erreicht, ebenso wie der Bahnhof „Oberkassel Bonn“ (direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen Köln/Bonn in 25 Minuten) sowie die Straßen- und U-Bahnstationen der Linien 62 und 66, mit denen man das Zentrum Bonns in ca. 15 Minuten erreicht. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 20 bis 30 Minuten im Zentrum. Parkplätze sind immer in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung zu finden. Fahrräder können in einem Abstellraum sicher geparkt werden.
Der Stadtteil Oberkassel bietet alles, was zum Leben benötigt wird, wie z.B. Ärzte sämtlicher Fachrichtungen, Apotheken, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermärkte (Netto ca. 2, Rewe 6 Gehminuten entfernt), Natur, Banken, Postfiliale, Restaurants, Baumärkte und Fitnesscenter (5 Autominuten) etc. Zudem ist sie günstig für Mitarbeiter der Telekom (linkes wie auch rechtes Rheinufer), UN, DHL, Postbank usw. gelegen, da diese sehr gut mit der 62 bzw. 66 erreicht werden.

The riverside of the Rhine is reached in 5 minutes on foot, same for the train station "Oberkassel Bonn" (direct connection to Airport Cologne/Bonn in 25 minutes) and the tram and subway stations of lines 62 and 66 (direct connection to the center of Bonn in around 15 minutes). Also by bike, the city center can be reached in around 20 to 30 minutes. Parking is always to be found in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Bicycles can be parked safely in a storage room of the house.
The neighborhood Oberkassel provides everything needed for life, such as doctors of all specialties, pharmacies, supermarkets (“Netto” only 2, “Rewe” 6 minutes of walking distance), nature, shopping facilities, banks, post office, restaurants, home-improvement stores and fitness centers (5 minutes by car) etc. In addition, it is conveniently located for employees of Telekom (left as well as right bank of the Rhine), UN, DHL, Postbank etc. as these locations can be reached very well with the 62 or 66.
Für meine Abwesenheit wünsche ich mir einen Zwischenmieter, der meine Wohnung ebenso wertschätzt wie ich und dem Sauberkeit und ein pfleglicher Umgang genauso selbstverständlich sind wie mir.
