Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
da ich schon ab dem 01.02.17 in eine WG ziehen werde, suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine schöne Einzimmer-Souterrain-Wohnung in Poppelsdorf. Sie wird möbliert vermietet, eine Einbauküche und ein kleines Bad mit Lüftung sind vorhanden. Im Sommer kann der kleine Vorgarten mitbenutzt werden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal: 4 Buslinien sind in jew. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu errreichen mit denen man in wiederum max 10 Min. am Hbf ist. Zur Uni an der Nussallee benötigt man 10 Min. mit dem Fahrrad.
Im Mietpreis von 480€ warm sind alle Nebenkosten, sowie der Preis für die Internetnutzung enthalten. Der Vermieter möchte die Wohnung bevorzugt an nette Studenten, die voraussichtlich länger in Bonn bleiben werden, vermieten.
