Suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung. Sie wäre ab dem 1.6. zu haben.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer (ist nicht WG geeignet) ist sehr hell mit einer grossen Fensterfront im Wohnzimmer und einem grossen Balkon mit ganztägig Sonne (falls sie mal scheint).
Ein ungefährer Grrundriss ist angehängt, Bilder folgen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen in der idyllischen Südstadt mit Bahnhaltestelle (61/62) nebenan.
REWE und Edeka je 5 min Fussweg entfernt, Netto 10 min
Eine Küche inkl. Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Dunstabzug, Mikrowelle ist vorhanden und sollte übernommen werden (VB 600).
Bei Interessse kann die Wohnung gerne am Freitag, 23.05. um 18:00 Uhr besichtigt werden. Andere Termine am Wochenende nach Vereinbarung.
