Nette Wohngemeinschaft mit Studenten und jungen Paaren im Haus, welches in zentrumsnaher und ruhiger Lage steht. Rewe und die Straßenbahn um die Ecke. Aufgrund des Schnitts WG-tauglich.
Kosten 620 € kalt + 60 € Nebenkosten. Strom und Gas sind vom Mieter zu tragen. Sehr gut geeignet für junge Studenten-WGs.
