Biete hier Zweizimmerwohnung in Bonner Innenstadt an (bin selbst Vormieterin). Zwei ähnlich große lichtdurchflutete Räume. Toilette und Dusche eine halbe Etage tiefer im Treppenhaus. Warmmiete in Höhe von 390 Euro. Strom in Höhe von 40 Euro wird vom Mieter separat gezahlt. Mietbeginn voraussichtlich ab dem 01.06.2024.

Wohnung nur abzugeben mit einer Abschlagszahlung in Höhe von 1000 Euro VB.

Beinhaltet Schrankküche mit Kühlschrank, kleiner Backofen, Waschmaschine, großen Küchenschrank, großen Schreibtisch inklusive Schreibtischstuhl, kleiner Teppich, Bettgestell und Matratze, drei Regale, Fernseher mit Standhalterung, zwei Sofa, Wohnzimmertisch, Stehlampe, Küchenstuhl.

Sehr zentral gelegen, mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Die Wohnung ist aber erstaunlich ruhig. Im zum Innenhof gelegenem Zimmer hört man nichts von den Leuten. Allerdings liegt die Kirche daneben und ab und zu hört man die Glocken läuten (auf keinen Fall nachts). Sonst ist man super schnell am Rhein. 4 Gehminuten zum Rewe, der bis 0 Uhr geöffnet ist. Man gelangt aber auch sehr schnell zu anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zur ULB sind es ca. 3 Min mit dem Fahrrad.
