ich werde meine Wohnung am 05. Juli 2013verlassen, kann auch ein bisschen früher oder später umziehen (-/+ 5 Tagen). Die Wohnung ist 45 qm, hell, mit 2 Zimmern, eine kleine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Sie steht an 4 Stock. Es gibt auch einen Dachboden, den man nutzen kann. Die Ecke ist sehr ruhig und es gibt auch einem kleinen Garten gegenüber.
Der Miete inkludiert Heizung aber kein Strom.

I am looking for a tenant for my nice apartment located on the 4th floor which I will be vacating at the beginning of next month (5th July 2013) as I will move back to my home country (I am slightly flexible +/-5 days with the moving in dates). The apartment is 45sq.m and is a zwei-zimmer wohnung. The building has a garden diagonally opposite the building. The apartment has an adjacent store room which can be used for storing any additional items.
The rent includes heating but no electricity.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Super Verkehrsanbindung: ein Bus Haltestelle 1 Minute zu Fuß und an 5 Minuten zu Fuß steht der Hauptbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen (Edeka and Aldi – 5-7min).
The apartment is very centrally located (approx. 7 min walk from the bonn hbf) and with 4 bus connections (1 min walking distance from the apartment). Supermarkets (Edeka and Aldi) are also located within 5-7 min walking distance.
Ich würde gerne meine Möbel verkaufen. Alles was eine Wohnung braucht ist da: Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Büro, Sofa, Teppich, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank. Also wenn du Interesse hast, ruft einfach mal an oder schreibt mich ein Email und kommt vorbei.

Since, I will move back to my home country I would ideally prefer the incoming tenant to take over the furniture (@additional costs) and therefore the place is ideally suited for someone who would just like to walk in with suitcases. Major furniture items include: (Bed, Mattress, Shrank, Large study table/Chair, Sofa, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Printer, 1 Computer screen etc.)
