Easy parking off the street directly in front of the apartment on the weekends and week-day evenings.

Nice private, fresh and recently renovated open space. I'd be happy to on sell the kitchen and some other furniture as well as blinds and light fittings, so it would be very easy for a new tenant to move in.
Move in date is also flexible - it may be possible to move in earlier than 15 March.
