Da ich nach Köln ziehe, bin ich auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter für meine Wohnung. Ich habe hier sowohl als 2-er WG als auch alleine gewohnt, da die beiden Zimmer getrennt begehbar sind. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Altstadt, hat einen grossen Balkon, ist sehr hell (4. Stock) und ruhig (sie liegt nach hinten raus). Ausserdem gibt es eine Badewanne. Öffis sind in 1-8 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt einen Keller und einen Waschraum wo eine Waschmaschine hingestellt werden kann. Für die Küche (Spüle, Arbeitsfläche, Ofen mit Herdplatten, Geschirrspülmaschine und Kühlschrank inklusive Gefrierfach) möchte ich gerne 600 Euro haben. Alle Geräte sind in sehr gutem Zustand und voll funktionsfähig. Da ich im zweiten Zimmer auf eigene Kosten Laminat verlegt habe, würde ich hierfür gerne 400 Euro bekommen.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen der Altstadt und ist 1 Minute zum nächsten Bus und 8 Geh-Minuten zur Strassenbahn entfernt. Der Bus zum Flughafen ist in 2 Geh- Minuten erreichbar. Zum Hauptbahnhof kann man 1 Station mit der Strassenbahn fahren oder 15 Min. laufen. Penny und Aldi sind direkt um die Ecke sowie viele nette Cafes und Kneipen.
