Wir suchen zu Anfang Juni (ca. 05.06.2018 – abhängig von Malerarbeiten) einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne 3 Zimmerwohnung in der Bonner Südstadt, Weberstraße 7.
Die Wohnung hat 90qm und einen großen Balkon. Sie verläuft über 3 Etagen (3.-5.Stock).
Im 3. Stock befinden sich die Küche und das Gäste-WC. Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Balkon liegen im 4. Stock. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer ist im 5. Stock. Die EBK (inkl. Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine) soll gegen Abschlag übernommen werden.
Das Haus wurde in den 80ern gebaut, verfügt über einen Aufzug und einen Fahrradkeller.
