Insgesamt ist es eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung - bestehend aus 2 Zimmern, Küche mit Esstisch, Bad mit Wanne & Fenster und eine kleine Abstellkammer.

Du würdest den Mietvertrag als Hauptmieter/in übernehmen, dass heißt es kommen so Sachen, wie Kaution oder evtl. Bürgschaft, auf dich zu.

Ich werde nur noch bis Februar 2022 in Bonn wohnen. Das heißt wir würden die Wohnung weiter als Wg nutzen. Danach hast du freie Hand, ob du die Wohnung alleine nutzen möchtest oder weiter als Wg.

Die Lage ist optimal; zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln läuft man knapp 4 Minuten - Busse und Straßenbahn. Man ist also auch schnell am Hbf.

Wenn du gerne spazieren gehst oder Rad fährst, brauchst du nur 200m die Straße runtergehen und du bist am Rhein.

Ansonsten ist man in Kürze auch in der Innenstadt einfach zum Bummlen oder entspannt im Cafe sitzen.

Ich bin 25 Jahre alt und von München für mein Studium hier ins Rheinland gezogen.
Gearbeitet habe ich als Erzieherin, Sozialkompetenz also vorhanden ;-) und bin nun im 4. Semester Studentin der Wirtschaftspsychologie, ab dem Sommer dann aber im Praktikum.

Ich bin eine sehr entspannte Person, man kann mit mir über alles reden. In der Wg finde ich es schön mal zusammen zu kochen oder was zu unternehmen, je nach Lust und Laune.
