Hi,
My flat is available for February and March, with a possibility of extension.
It is located in Innenstadt, close to Sterntor and several restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Third floor, no elevator, one bedroom, one living room with small kitchen, one bathroom and one office in the attic with standing desk.
It is fully furnished and has a washing machine. Price includes internet and all the costs.
I am moving out and during those two months I will be in Berlin looking for flats there. It can take longer, and in that case we could extend the sublet. I could also introduce you to the landlady to take over the flat after I terminate my contract (but I cannot guarantee you will get the contract) and eventually sell some of my furniture.
Move-in date could be a bit earlier, on the 30 or 31 January.
