Ich ziehe aus meiner Wohnung aus!
Die Lage ist sehr günstig :
-Uni ca 7 Minuten mit dem Rad.
-Bhf ca 20 Minuten mit Rad oder Bus (hält direkt vor der Tür)
-Autobahnzubringer A2 2km entfernt
-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Biosupernarkt, Drogerie, Apotheken, Bäcker, Bank und Imbisse direkt um die Ecke.
-Innenstadt ca 6 Minuten mit dem Rad /15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Wohnung wurde von der Vormietern mit einer Einbauküche+Waschmaschine + großer Kühlschrank+ sofa sowie Garderobe und Wandschrank ausgestattet. Ich habe diese Gegenstände übernommen und möchte sie für 700€ VB Abschlagszahlung an den Nachmieter übergeben.
Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und es scheint morgens Sonne in Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Nachmittags und abends hat man dann Sonne im Wohnzimmer!
Die Aussicht ist klasse :)
Die Wohnung ist geeignet für ein Päarchen oder eine Einzelperson. Wg-tauglich ist die Wohnung aufgrund des Schnittes eher nicht.
Wir können gern Besichtigungstermine vereinbaren.

The location is very convenient because what ever you need for your daily basis is just around the corner! University and the city center are in walking distance.
There are buses driving in front of the house to the central station.
The Autobahn A2 can also reached quite easily without to much traffic.
