Sie befindet sich in 3.OG hat ca. 105qm verteilt auf 4 Zimmer. Betreten wird sie über einen Laubengang im Innenhof, der aufgrund der Wohnungslage als Balkon verwendet werden kann. Dazu gibt es einen Kellerraum.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine große Fensterfront.
Die EBK samt der Elektrogeräte muss gegen 900€ übernommen werden. Geheizt wird über einen Therme.
Die Wohnung ist für bis zu drei Personen WG-geeignet (zwei sehr große Zimmer, eines etwas ist kleiner).
KM 800€, WM ca. 1000€ + Kaution
