Schlaf und Wohnzimmer mit Ausrichtung zur Straße (Fenster sind aber neu und sehr gut isoliert).
Badezimmer mit Dusche und Fenster zum Hinterhof, Küche mit EBK.
Die Einbauküche ist gegen ein faires Entgelt von 400€ (inkl. aller Einbauschränke, Umluft-Ofen mit Ceranfeld) von mir zu übernehmen. Alle Schränke und Arbeitsplatten sind in einem Top-Zustand (erst ca. 3 Jahre alt) und auch der Ofen ist technisch einwandfrei. Bei Bedarf stehen auch noch eine Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank zum Verkauf.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Nähe zum Hauptcampus und Mensa der TU. Rewe und Aldi sind ebenfalls in wenigen Miuten per Fuß zu erreichen.
Fotos oder sonstige andere Informationen lasse ich euch gerne zu kommen. Besichtigungstermine persönlich nach Vereinbarung. Auf Massenbesichtigungen habe ich keine Lust ;)
