Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer und ist 81,5 qm groß. Es ist eine sehr helle Wohnung, die mit Laminat ausgelegt ist. Das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer ist ca. 26 qm groß mit Sitzecke und großem Esstisch. Der Balkon ist groß und sonnig. Die Küche ist neu und mit Spülmaschine. Es stehen zwei Zimmer zur Auswahl. Entweder 12 oder 16 qm. Die Miete für das größere Zimmer beträgt 330€ warm + 25€ Strom oder für das kleinere Zimmer 300€ warm + 25€ Strom.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral aber ruhig in Achim-Bierden. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß oder schneller mit Fahrrad. Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten. Die Innnenstadt von Achim ist schnell zu erreichen und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut.
Bäcker und Schlachter sind gleich nebenan und auch Supermärkte nah bei.
Die Weser ist auch nicht weit.
