Gute Busanbindung (2min. zu Fuß), gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, in 500m Entfernung gibt es einen Edeka Markt der Mo-Sa von 7-24Uhr geöffnet hat. Ruhigere Lage als in der Innenstadt. Waldgebiet (Ökologiestation 1km entfernt) in der Nähe. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon/Terasse mit Markise, Wasseranschluss außen. Einen weiteren Balkon zur Ostseite hin. Ein Keller, sowie ein Abstellraum in der Wohnung selbst gehören ebenfalls dazu.
Im 2.OG wohnt bereits eine 4er WG und der Vermieter ist damit sehr zufrieden und erwünscht deshalb gerne eine WG (WG-Neugründung).
Die oben genannten "sonstigen Kosten" (Strom, Wasser und Gas) sind schätzwerte für 4 Personen.
