Wir suchen zwischen August 2017 und April 2018 ein*e nette Zwischenmiter*in oder auch gerne zu zweit.
Unsere Wohnung ist voll möbliert und hat ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit großem Schrank (Pax), Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch, Sofa und Fernseher, Küche mit Spülmaschine und Essmöglichkeit, Bad mit Wanne und ein Arbeitszimmer.
Die Miete beträgt 520€ zzg. Strom und Gas ( nach Verbrauch) und Internet (+ Tv 30€).
Man könnte es evtl. auch als 2er Wg gestalten, wenn ein Bett mitgebracht wird und mann den Tisch im Wohnzimmer in den Keller verfrachtet.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du dich kurz vorstellen würdest, um dann einen Besichtigungstermin zu vereinbaren.

Die Straßenbahn ist quasi vor der Haustür. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten am Hbf und in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Lidl, Aldi und Aktiv) sind auch zu Fuß (7-10 Min) erreichbar. Es ist dank des Hofes meist sehr ruhig und angenehm.
