Hallo,
wir suchen zum 1.2.2015 Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung in der Neustadt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Zimmer auf 70 qm. Dazu gibt es 2 Balkone, einen kleinen Abstellraum und ein Kellerabteil. Für die Küche müsste ein Abschlag von 200 Euro bezahlt werden, da diese erst im Juli diesen Jahres neu gekauft wurde.
Für die Waschmaschine gibt es eine Waschküche im Keller und Kabel-TV ist bereits im Mietpreis enthalten.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Kornstraße mit guter ÖPNV Anbindung in die Innenstadt und zu IKEA (Linie 4,26,27,53). Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür. Lidl ist in ca 5, Combi, Aldi und Roßmann in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Besichtigungen werden voraussichtlich am nächsten Wochenende stattfinden. Bei Interesse bitte per Email melden.
