wir suchen zum 15.06.2020 Nachmieter für unsere helle 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Huckelriede. Die Wohnung ist günstig geschnitten, im Dachgeschoss gelegen und sehr gut angebunden durch Bus und Bahn. Die Nähe zum Werdersee lädt ein für Spaziergänge und Sport. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad nur 10 Minuten entfernt, dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Einbauküche (2014), welche wir gerne unseren Nachmieter_Innen überlassen. Durch das Dachgeschoss ist die Nutzfläche deutlich größer als die im Mietvertrag angegebenen 78 qm. we are looking for new tennants for our lovely, sunny flat in south of Bremen (Huckelriede). The flat has approx. 80 sqm, though being situated directly under the roof, the usable area is larger (thanks to the quirks of german tennancy law). Rent, including hot water and facility services comes at a reasonable 562 EUR. Due to the layout, the flat is perfect for a flat share, with twom bedrooms and a large living room. The kitchen is included and is part of the flat. Busses and Trams are 5 minutes away, though the fastest way to the city centre is by bike.
