The cost division may seem a bit strange or something, but tbh I split what we have been paying on average. Often we have to pay extra for water, sometimes we pay extra for Strom & Gas and sometimes we get something back (which became rare recently), so we tried to include all these factors in the price. :)
- Grocery store, bakery, restaurants, and bus stop 3-mints by walk
- KONTOR is 10 min by walk where you can find pretty much everything e.g., Deichman, Cleverfit, Kaufland, Pharmacy, Muller, kik, NKD, optician etc.
- RS-Train stop is 10min on foot and then it takes 17 min to the city center.
This is a young family’s apartment who are moving abroad for work and pleasure and, hence, it is a short-term residence ideal for short-term visitors.
We prefer non-smoker single/couples (+kid/kids are also welcome), but the important thing is you’re a responsible and polite person, with these qualities you will ensure us that our apartment and neighbors are in good hands. 😉
