Beziehbar ab 30. Juli.
da ich nun ein Auslandsstudium antrete muss ich sofort aus meiner Wohnung raus und suche dringend Nachmieter. Die 3 Zimmer und 63m² waren die beste Wohnung die ich je hatte. Sehr ruhig, unkomplizierte Nachbarn und professionelle Vermieter (WGS). Preis Leistung stimmen defiitiv. Dazu ein riesen großer und ein kleinerer Keller, großer Trockenraum, Waschmaschine separat im Keller uvm.
Die Wohnung ist komplett neu saniert, Parkplatz vor der Tür und Sicht auf das Auto sind gegeben. Der Schnitt ist WG-tauglich.
Bei viel Gerümpel kann auch eine abschließbare Box für 5€ dazu gemietet werden.
Meine Gesamtkosten überstiegen nie 500€/Monat (Warmmiete + Strom).
