Hallo, wir vermieten unsere schöne Altbauwohnung vom 18.6. bis 8.7.2019, da wir in der Zeit im Urlaub sind. Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken und Fenster zu beiden Seiten, so dass sie sehr hell ist. Wir haben ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer und sogar der Flur bietet genug Platz für einen Essbereich. Das Schlafzimmer ist kleiner, aber gemütlich.
Hello, we rent our beautiful apartment from 18.6. until 8.7.2019, because we are on vacation. The apartment has high ceilings and windows on both sides, so it is very bright. We have a very spacious living room and even the hallway offers enough space for a dining area. The bedroom is smaller but cozy.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Man braucht zur Fuß eine Minute zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle und von da nur zwei Stationen bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Auch zum Ostertorsteinweg, wo es viele Cafés, Restaurants und Läden gibt, sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Generell ist das Stadtzentrum sehr nah. Aber auch ins Grüne braucht es nicht lang, mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur ein paar Minuten und du bist im schönen Bürgerpark. Edeka und ein Bioladen sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Und für Snacks am Sonntag gibt es gleich einen Kiosk um die Ecke.
The apartment is very central. It takes one minute walk to the nearest tram stop and from there only two stops to the main train station. It is only a few minutes to the Ostertorsteinweg, where there are many cafes, restaurants and shops. Generally, the city center is very close. But also in the countryside it does not take long, by bike it is only a few minutes and you are in the beautiful Bürgerpark. Edeka and a health food store are also within easy reach. And for Sunday snacks, there's a kiosk around the corner.

Über den Zeitraum kann auch noch mal gesprochen werden, kürzer kostet dann natürlich weniger.
