DG-Wohnung, zentrale Lage in Schwachhausen, 1 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, 40 Quadratmeter, EBK, ausgebautes Dachgeschoss: Neu ende 2006, französischer Balkon, Kellerraum, Fahrradkeller, Trockenraum, Antennenanlage ( Breitbandanschluss) und mit viel Grünfläche rundherum. Mietpreis: 585€ warm.
Verkehrsanbindungen sind sehr gut, zu fuss sin es von der Wohnung ca.2 Min. zum Bus Linie 22 und Strassenbahn Linie 8. Man braucht ca.7 min.zum Hbf. Die Wohnung ist frei ab dem 17 Septmeber 2012. Wenn du interesse hast, melde dich einfach bei mir um einen Besichtigungstermin auszumachen. Chris.... :-)
