Moin, wir suchen für unsere 2-Zimmer Wohnung einen Nachmieter*in ab dem 1. Februar 2019. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Viertel (Höhe Steintor) und hat 2 Zimmer plus neben einer Abstellekammer/Vorratskammer auch eine Art begehbaren Kleiderschrank neben dem Schlafzimmer. Aktuell beträgt die Miete ca. 590€.
Eine Einbauküche ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Haltestelle Brunnenstrasse ist nur 1-2 Min. von der Wohnung entfernt. Trotz zentraler Viertellage ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen und auch mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
Der neue Mieter müsste eine Einkommensselbstauskunft ausfüllen und einige Möbel von uns übernehmen. Beispielsweise mehrere Möbel wie Regal und Schrank, die perfekt in kleinere Ecken hineingebaut und verschraubt wurden. Ebenso wie eine Kommode im Flur und zwei Schränkchen im Bad. Lampen können auch gerne übernommen werden.
