Wir lösen unsere WG auf und suchen jetzt neue Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung. Die besteht aus zwei etwa 25m² großen Erdgeschosszimmern mit sehr hohen Decken, Flur, Küche und Bad. Alle Zimmer bis auf Flur und Bad haben große Fenster und sind deshalb schön hell. Auch Küche und Bad sind gut geschnitten, es gibt einen eigenen Kellerraum, einen Fahrradkeller und einen Gemeinschafts-Wäschetrockner.
Die oben angegebene Miete und Kaution sind nur5 für eines der beiden Zimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße in Walle/Osterfeuerberg und die Verkehrsanbindungen dort sind super: Die Straßenbahnen 2 und 10, die Buslinien 20 und 26, sowie der Bahnhof Walle sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und man braucht dann etwa 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, nach Finndorf oder in die Überseestadt und etwa 20 Minuten ins Viertel oder in die Neustadt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß oder mit Fahrrad erreichbar. (Rewe, 2x Netto und das Walle-Center mit Edeka und Aldi.) Wenn man mal sonntags noch irgendwas braucht ist außerdem ein Kiosk direkt nebenan.
