Furnished Apartment / Möblierte 3-Zimmerwohnung: 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Hochschule

The 58 square meters of this furnished apartment are divided into an eat-in kitchen with balcony access, a bathroom with shower, a hallway and three rooms (approx. 16 sqm, 14.5 sqm and 9.5 sqm). It is ideal for living in as a couple or shared flat or as a comfortable apartment for one person.
The rooms are currently furnished as a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a study. If used as a shared flat for two people, I would adapt the furnishings so that the two large rooms can be used as bedrooms and the small one as a common room. Of course, you can also bring your own furniture.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need for eating and cooking (from plates to pans) as well as a dining table with chairs. Other special features are the toploader washing machine, the ergometer (which I also like to dispose of) and the flatscreen TV.
The apartment is particularly ideal for students, as it's only a 5-minute walk to the university and therefore very close to the city center, the theater, etc.!

Die 58 Quadratmeter dieser möblierten Wohnung verteilen sich auf eine Wohnküche mit Balkonzugang, ein Bad mit Dusche, einen Flur sowie drei Zimmer (ca. 16 qm, 14,5 qm und 9,5 qm). Sie lässt sich ideal zu zweit als Paar oder WG bewohnen oder als komfortable Wohnung für eine Person.
Aktuell sind die Räume als ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und ein Arbeitszimmer ausgestattet. Bei Nutzung als Zweier-WG würde ich die Möblierung aber so anpassen, dass die beiden großen Räume als Schlafzimmer und das kleine als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt werden können. Eigene Möbel dürfen natürlich auch mitgebracht werden.
Die geräumige Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Essen und Kochen benötigt (von den Tellern bis zu Pfannen) sowie einem Esstisch mit Stühlen. Weitere besondere Ausstattungsmerkmale sind die Toploader Waschmaschine, das Ergometer (entsorge ich sonst auch gerne) sowie der Flatscreen TV.
Besonders für Studierende ist die Wohnung ideal, da man zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten bis zur Hochschule braucht und damit auch ganz nah an der Innenstadt, dem Theater, etc. ist!
