In Kürze beginnen die Renovierungsarbeiten für die Wohnung, die zum 1. August (evtl. auch 1. Juli) bezogen werden kann. Daher gibt es noch keine Fotos. Der Boden ist mit Eiche Laminat ausgelegt. Im obersten Stockwerk kann man auf dem langgezogenen Balkon eine tolle Aussicht genießen.
Die Zimmeraufteilung ist wie folgt:
Zimmer 1: 25 qm mit Zugang zum Balkon
Zimmer 2: 13 qm
Zimmer 3: 11 qm
Die Wohnung wird mit einer neuen schicken Ikea Küche eingerichtet....
Bis zur Altstadt sind es 900m und bis zum Bahnhof Buxtehude auch nur 1,2km. Einkaufsgelegenheiten gibt es 450m entfernt (Aldi und Rewe). 850m entfernt liegt der Stadtpark Buxtehude. Spielplatz und Schulen sind in weniger als 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es noch zwei Elbstrände bei Wisch/Lühe, die 16km entfernt sind.
