Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss eines gepflegten Mehrfamilienhauses im kreativen und bunten Reitbahnviertel an zentraler Lage zwischen TU Campus und Zentrum und besteht aus Flur, Küche, Bad, Gäste-WC und zwei Zimmern.
Die Küche verfügt über eine Einbauküche (Schränke, Herd, Spüle, Kühlschrank) sowie einen Küchentisch und Stühle. Die Zimmer sind aktuell jeweils mit Bett, Schrank, Tisch und Stuhl ausgestattet. Die Wohnung wird aktuell als 2er-WG genutzt.
Ein Supermarkt mit Bäcker ist direkt hinter dem Haus und von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 7:00 und 21:00 Uhr geöffnet. City- Bahn-Haltestelle und Südbahnhof sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Vermietung erfolgt von privat, eine Hausverwaltung mit langjähriger Erfahrung ist vor Ort. Besichtigung ist nach vorheriger Absprache möglich. Für weitere Fragen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung. (I will also answer your questions in English.)
