Hallo, meine schöne zwei Zimmer Wohnung wird demnächst frei. Geplanter Auszugstermin ist der 23. Mai, nach Absprache bzw. wenn jemand meine fast neue Einbauküche übernehmen möchte, auch schon eher. Preis: 2500€ VHB.
Bei Interesse ist auch ein gut erhaltenes 1,40 Bett (komplett mit Matratze und Lattenrost für 150€) sowie weitere Möbel abzugeben, u.a. eine Wohnwand buchefarben (150€) sowie ein Sofabett (100€).
Die Wohnung hat einen großen Ballon mit Blick auf den Garten. Ein Waschkeller kann mitbenutzt werden. Das Bad wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert und die Wohnung ist mit hellem Laminat ausgelegt. Der Schnitt ist perfekt für eine Zweier WG (beide haben Zugang zum Balkon) oder ein Paar oder auch alleine (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer).
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, man ist direkt im Grünen aber innerhalb kurzer Zeit auch im Stadtzentrum oder bei Merck. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, DM und Edeka sind gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Es gibt einen Sport- und Reitverein.
