Hinzu kommt ein Waschmaschinenstellplatz im Keller, sowie ein eigener Kellerraum. Trockene und sichere Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder auf dem Grundstück. Gartenmitbenutzung nach Absprache möglich.

Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rande von Bessungen. Die nächsten Haltestellen des ÖVPN sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Gute Straßenanbindung zur BAB. Parkmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Nähe zum Wald (ca. 5 Gehminuten). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, Alnatura, Aldi etc. ca. 10 Gehminuten).
