Unsere 2er Wg löst sich auf. Die Wohnung ist vom Bauverein, super für WG geeignet. Das ein Zimmer mit dem Balkon ist schon ab 01.01.2013 frei und die komplette Wohnung werden wir ab 01.03-01.04.2013 freigeben(das kann man vereinbaren). Wir müssen so keine Kündigungsfrist halten, wenn wir schon Nachmieter gefunden haben.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer 15qm mit schönem Balkon und 13 qm, Küche 10qm, Bad mit Badewanne und Tageslicht.Dazu gehören noch abschließbaren Keller, Fahrradraum und Dachboden.
Die Lage ist super - 10min zu Fuß zu der City, sehr nah an der Lichtwiese, direkt am Woog. Gute Verbindung (Bus K- Beckstrasse od. Linie9,2-Roßdorörferplatz).Unkomplizierte Nachbarn.
