wir sind aktuell eine 3-Personen WG und lösen diese zum 01.07. auf.
Wohnung ist sehr gut für eine 3er Studenten-WG geeignet mit sehr nahem Anschluss an die Öffentlichen. (Direkt vor der Haustür Haltestelle "Im Harras" - F Bus)
Der wohl größte Vorteil ist das sehr große gemeinsame Wohnzimmer. Badezimmer mit Eckbadewanne und Dusche, sowie Küche mit schon vorhandener Küchezeile, Kühlschränken, Regalen und allem vorhanden. (kleinere Abschlagzahlung nach Verhandlung)
Wohnungen rund herum auch meistens von Studenten gemietet, Grillplatzbenutzung im großen Hof möglich, Vermieter sehr nett, professionell und immer (!) erreichbar.
Kellerraum, Trockenkeller für Wäsche/Fahhradkeller, sowie Fahrradabstellplätze vor der Haustür vorhanden. Auf Wunsch kann ein Parkplatz gemietet werden, aber man findet auch rundherum immer kostenlose Parkplätze ohne Probleme.
- Anbindung an F-Bus (Haltestelle "Im Harras") direkt vor der Haustür
- Hauptbahnhof 10 min zu Fuß oder mit F-Bus
- Gute Parkplatzmöglichkeiten
- Bäcker vor der Haustür
- Briefkasten vor der Haustür
- Aldi/REWE alles mit Fahrrad oder Auto in Minuten zu erreichen
