Hey!
I am looking for a new long-term tenant for my beautiful apartment of two rooms in Martinsviertel. The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own terrace. Kitchen and bedroom are separated by walls (but not with a door). There are night storage heaters in the apartment - these are not included in the additional costs.
The apartment is located in the Martinsviertel and is about a 6-minute walk from Mathildenhöhe and 20-25 minutes from downtown.
The Taunusplatz bus stop can be reached in 1-2 minutes (!). There, the H-bus (every 10-15 minutes) takes you to the city in 5 minutes or to the main train station, Hauptbahnhof Darmstadt, in 12 minutes.
Lots of families live in the street and it is a safe and quiet area. Rewe is 7 minutes and Penny 5 minutes away on foot, there are also several kiosks.
As a fee, I take 850 €, for the complete kitchenette: with the wall cabinet, refrigerator, stove and 2 hotplates. Also, it is included the bathroom cabinet, 140cm long bed, sofa-bed, small TV, bookshelf and one big wardrobe.
