Bitte zuerst und bis zum Ende lesen:
Meine tolle 3-Zi. DG-Whg. (Baujahr 2019) mit Balkon ist mir zu groß geworden. Ich suche von daher einen Mitbewohner oder ein Pärchen zur Gründung einer „WG-light“. Ich selbst bin nur sehr wenig und unter der Woche anwesend. Ca. 2 Monate im Jahr bin ich gar nicht da.
Die Whg. besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche, Kinderzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Gäste-WC. Untervermietet werden soll das große Schlafzimmer. Das Bad, Gäste-WC, Wohnküche und Balkon werden „gemeinschaftlich“ genutzt. Das Kinderzimmer werde ich nutzen. Wenn ich nicht da bin, kann dieses mitbenutzt werden, z. B. als Arbeitszimmer oder für Besuch.
Die tierfreie Nichtraucherwohnung ist komplett und neu möbliert und sehr komfortabel. Die o.g. Warmmiete ist schon inkl. Strom und Internet.
Es gibt in der TG noch genug Stellplätze zu mieten.
