Zum 01.02.2014 wird unsere schöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung (ca 65qm) in der Schuknechtstraße 63 im Martinsviertel frei.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Altbaus, die Decken sind abgehängt. Der Boden in den drei Zimmer ist Laminat, in Flur/Küche PVC. Eines der drei Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer.
Die Küche kann gegen Abstand übernommen werden. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Kellerraum, sowie Fahrradstellplätze im Hof.
Gas für die Heizung und Strom müssen noch extra bezahlt werden, wir bezahlen im Moment für zwei Personen plus Baby etwa 120Euro im Monat.
Gerne auch (Zweier-)WG. Keine Hunde oder Katzen erlaubt.
