ich suche ab sofort einen Nachmieter (ruhiges Pärchen oder Einzelperson, keine WG!) für eine helle, super gelegene Dachgeschosswohnung im Martinsviertel, in welcher meine Freundin und ich 4 Jahre gelebt haben. In der Kaltmiete sind die Nebenkosten wie Wasser etc. enthalten; Strom und Gas sind selbst anzumelden. Die Küche bleibt ohne Abnahmekosten eingebaut. Im Keller ist eine zentrale Waschmaschine/Trockner vorhanden.
Bei Interesse ist ein kurzfristiger Besichtigungstermin abends möglich.

Super Lage, Aldi, Rewe, Bioladen um die Ecke, Wohnung liegt zwischen Herrengarten (5min) u. Bürgerpark (5min).
