Cheap Furnished Flat available for a long-term rent!
The rent for the flat is 390 (+55 for internet and electricity), deposit 780.
Flat consists of 2 rooms each about 10-12sqm big, one has a large walk-in closet/storage space (very useful!) and a big kitchen, welcoming to hang out in the evenings. The rooms are accessed from the hall, so they are separate and available for a flat share (comes out very cheap). The room without a storage has a carpet on the floor, that makes it very warm and cozy.
Rooms are South-East oriented, they are bright in the first half of a day. Bathroom has a shower cabin, in the hall you'll have a coat rack and a shoe cabinet, kitchen will stay furnished, some furniture in rooms will also stay.
Washing machine (old but working), fridge, cooker and stove are included.
It is also supplied with a storage space in the basement, where you can put your extra bags/furniture, store bike when you go home for holidays.
It's 2 min walking from the supermarket, 5 min from a tram stop, 8-10 min by bike to Bauhaus.
We stayed here for a year by now, and must say that it is nice indeed and feels like home.
