Die Wohnung ist 48m² groß ,verfügt über eine Wohnküche (die Küche kann ggf. gegen Aufpreis übernommen werden), einen Weiteren Wohnraum (siehe Bild), einen kleinen Flur, einem Bad (weisse Fliesen, weisse Sanitäranlagen) und einem kleinen Balkon. Des Weiteren ist ein Kellerraum dabei. Die Wohnung wurde 2011 komplett renoviert und befindet sich in einem guten Zustand.
