Hallo! Ich ziehe weg und suche Nachmieter für die Wohnung. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern mit einer grossen Wohnküche, einem Flur, einem kleinen Bad und einem Balkon. Die beiden Zimmer sind jeweils von der Küche und dem Flur aus zu erreichen und wäre auch WG geeignet (ich habe hier jahrelang als 2er WG gewohnt). Der Balkon schaut raus auf den Garten, den man mitbenutzen kann. s gibt auch einen Keller, in dem man was unterstellen kann und einen Hinterhof, wo man sein Fahrrad abstelllen kann.
Ich würde die Küche gerne in der Wohnung lassen. Bei Bedarf können gegen einen kleinen Preis auch Geräte und Möbel übernommen werden: Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank (halbhoch), Tisch, Stühle, Sofa, Regale

Hello, I am moving away and looking for a new tenant for the apartment. The apartment consists of two rooms with a large eat-in kitchen, a hallway, a small bathroom and a balcony. The two rooms are accessible from the kitchen and the hallway and would also be suitable for a shared flat (I lived here for years as a 2-person shared flat). The balcony looks out onto the garden, which you can share. There is also a cellar where you can store things and a backyard where you can park your bike.
I would like to leavethe kitchen in the apartment. If necessary, appliances and furniture can be taken over for a small price: Washing machine, fridge (medium height), table, chairs, sofa, shelves
Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, man ist in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof, die Haltestelle Schützenstraße ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Auf der Schützenstraße findet man alles was man braucht, ein Pennymarkt zum Einkaufen, eine Apotheke, Kiosks und viele Läden wo man leckeres Essen bekommt. In 5 Minuten ist man auch bei Lidl, Rewe, Rossmann und einer Tankstelle. Trotzdem liegt in Wohnung in einer relativ ruhigen Seitenstraße, sodass man den ganzen Trubel nicht direkt vor der Haustür hat.

The location is pretty good, you can walk to the train station in 10 minutes and the Schützenstraße stop is 3 minutes away. On Schützenstraße you will find everything you need, a penny supermarket for shopping, a pharmacy, kiosks and many stores where you can get delicious food. Lidl, Rewe, Rossmann and a gas station are also 5 minutes away. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a relatively quiet side street.
Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, in dem es ziemlich ruhig ist. Es gab in der Wohnung einen Wasserschaden der kürzlich behoben wurde. Es gab kaum Schaden, da sich das Leck im Waschbecken des Bades befand und vor allem die darunterliegende Wohnung betroffen ist. Trotzdem wird zum Zeitpunkt der Besichtigungen das Waschbecken noch nicht montiert sein, sowie Teile des Bodens ungefliest sein. Das wird bis Mitte Mai behoben sein. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung in gutem Zustand.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, könnt ihr die Wohnung am 4.5. und am 5.5. besichtigen. FAlls euch das nicht passt, schreibt trotzdem, dann finden wir eine Lösung. Ich freu mich auf eure Nachrichten!

The apartment is in an apartment building where it is quite quiet. There was water damage in the apartment which was recently repaired. There was hardly any damage as the leak was in the bathroom sink and mainly affected the apartment below. Nevertheless, at the time of the viewings, the sink will not yet be installed and parts of the floor will be untiled. This will be rectified by mid-May. Otherwise, the apartment is in good condition.
