Die tolle Wohnung liegt im 1.OG und hat neue Fenster- obwohl der Nachbar das subrosa ist, bekomme ich davon nichts mit.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Wohnküche (die Küchenzeile bleibt drinnen, gehört dem Vermieter, keine Abschlagszahlung notwendig) mit angrenzendem Balkon.
Die Wand zwischen den zwei Zimmern wurde raus genommen, sodass ich grosser schlaf- und Wohnraum entstanden ist. Hier befindet sich auch der Kamin, der vo mit im Winter aktiv genutzt worden ist.
Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne und Fenster.
In den Nebenkosten sind schon die Heizkosten enthalten.
