Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen umziehen muss, wird die Wohnung ab dem 01.11.2014 frei. Eine schlichte, weiße Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen und Kühlschrank ist vorhanden und sollte zusammen mit dem Laminat in der gesamten Wohnung übernommen werden (400 Euro). Zur Wohnung gehört ebenfalls ein Balkon, der ans Schlafzimmer angrenzt und zum Innenhof führt.
Innenstadt Ost, Stadtbahnhaltestelle quasi vor der Haustür, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Lidl, DM) in der Nähe. Zudem findet zwei Mal wöchentlich ein kleiner Markt an der Davidistraße statt. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür.
Badezimmer mit Wannenbad, Waschmaschinenanschluss in der Küche, Gasthermenheizung
Achtung: Derzeit werden an der Außenfassade Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt, die allerdings bis zur 44. Kalenderwoche abgeschlossen werden sollen.
