Ich suche einen Nachmieter ab dem 1. Oktober. Nach Absprache wäre auch ein früherer Einzug möglich. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG eines Altbaus im Stadtteil Mitte-West. Mit 29cm² verteilt auf 1 Wohn-/Schlafzimmmer, Küche+Flur und Bad war sie mir stets ein gutes und gemütliches Zuhause. Ich selbst ziehe komplett aus Dortmund weg und suche deshalb einen Nachmieter. Ich habe in meiner Wohnung ein Sofa, Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch etc. und würde mich freuen wenn der zukünftige Nachmieter einiges behält, da ich selbst in eine voll möbilierte Wohnung ziehe.
Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut. Sowohl U-Bahn (Heinrichstraße) als auch S-Bahn (Do-West) sind ca. 3 min. Fußweg entfernt. Von dort aus ist man schnell bei der Uni / FH (10min), am Bahnhof (5 min) oder in der Innenstadt (5 min). In der Straße direkt, oder eine Straße weiter findet man eigentlich immer einen Parkplatz. Ein Kiosk, der z.B. auch Pakete annimmt, ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Der Westpark, welcher im Sommer vor allem bei Studenten äußerst beliebt ist, ist nur ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
